• We had a half day tour of Rome which was a quick run around the ancient city using metro, bus and by foot. I have been to Rome before but it was good to say hello to a few of the old sights again including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, St Peters Square, the Colosseum, Ancient Rome etc.
• I enjoyed seeing parts of Rome again before flying to Paris in the afternoon to meet my folks
• Europe is amazing – it still find it hard to get my head around having lunch in Rome, then dinner in Paris.
